主な特長：
Recovery after leg day used to mean two days of hobbling around, but mixing this in my shaker has genuinely cut that soreness down, and the ultra-micronized texture means no gritty chunks stuck at the bottom.
The powder dissolves completely in water without clumping, which makes it easy to chug right before a long run; my legs definitely feel less wrecked the next morning after hard sessions.
Took it right after my workout and within 20 minutes I felt less sore than usual the next morning. The instant mixability is no joke—no clumps stuck at the bottom of my shaker, which has been my pet peeve with other powders.
