主要功效：
My skin has been less breakout-prone since I started these, and the 1000 mg cold-pressed oil per softgel makes it easy to get a consistent dose with just one capsule daily. It's been about three weeks now, and my PMS mood swings feel noticeably calmer.
My skin has been breaking out less since I started taking these, and the 1000 mg dose of cold-pressed evening primrose oil seems to be doing its job. Would've liked bigger softgels but honestly can't complain about how easy they are to swallow.
The softgels are a decent size and the cold-pressed oil seems to absorb well without leaving a weird aftertaste. I've noticed my cycle is a bit less irregular, though it's too early to say if it's fully working its magic.
