主要益處：
I've been having this shake after dinner and the slow-release casein keeps me full until morning without that hungry feeling waking me up. Mixed with water it still tastes decent, and knowing I'm getting both fast and slow proteins in one scoop makes post-workout recovery simpler.
The texture mixes smoother than I expected for a casein blend, and I like that it covers both fast and slow digestion. I’ve been using it right after evening workouts and it holds me over until breakfast without that heavy feeling.
The slow-release casein keeps me full for hours after my evening shake, and I've noticed I'm not waking up hungry anymore. Mixes up thicker than most blends but that's exactly what I'm after post-dinner.
