Been mixing it into my post-workout shake for three weeks now, and recovery between heavy sessions feels noticeably smoother. The powder dissolves completely with no chalky grit left at the bottom of the shaker. Solid choice for anyone doing consistent, long-term training.

It’s been three weeks of daily use and my endurance during the last few sets has genuinely felt more consistent. The unflavored profile means it mixes into my morning shake without any weird taste, which is exactly what I wanted from a pure supplement.

Started noticing better endurance around the third week of taking it, which lines up with the long-term training boost you want from a pure creatine. The powder mixes clean with no clumps and doesn't taste like anything, so it's easy to stick with every day.
