Grace Z. ★★★★★

Took two of these before a long ride and the energy curve felt smooth, no sudden crash at the end. The gel texture is thinner than most, so it went down easy even when I was breathing hard. My legs had something left for the final climb, which is exactly what I needed.

Ella ★★★★★

The malt and fructose combo hit differently than the single-source gels I’ve tried—no quick crash around mile 18. It’s easy to tear open mid-run, and the texture is smooth enough to swallow without water.

Ellie V. ★★★★★

That gel got me through the last hour of my long ride without that heavy, sloshy feeling in my stomach. The fructose and malt blend kicked in smoothly, and the single-serve packet was easy to tear open mid-effort.
