Took a couple of these to the gym last week and actually noticed my legs didn't feel as jelly-like after my longer cardio sessions. The zero-sugar thing is a big win for me since I'm watching my intake, and the BCAA addition makes it feel like more than just plain water.
I’ve been reaching for this after my evening walks, and the zero-sugar formula means I don’t get that weird aftertaste most hydration powders leave behind. The electrolytes actually help me feel less drained the next morning, which is exactly what I needed.
The BCAA blend in this makes it my go-to for a quick post-workout pick-me-up, and I love that there's zero sugar so I don't get that weird crash. The lemon-lime taste is subtle and not at all syrupy, which is a huge win for a hydration drink. I've already gone through two boxes and will be ordering
