L-CARNITINE 3000 FOR ENERGY BOOST

I was skeptical about liquid supplements, but these ampoules are so easy to down before a workout that I've actually stuck with them for three weeks straight. The 3g of L-carnitine per bottle is a solid hit, and I notice the energy lift about twenty minutes in without any jitters.

The 3g dose per ampoule is what sold me, and I felt the difference in my afternoon workouts by the third day. These little shots are easy to toss in my gym bag and knock back right before cardio.

I usually forget to take supplements, but these single-shot ampoules are so convenient I just toss one in my gym bag and down it before cardio. The 3g of L-carnitine per serving is no joke—I actually feel the energy kick within twenty minutes, and it doesn't leave that weird jittery aftertaste.
