الفوائد الرئيسية:
Been taking one of these with breakfast for a few weeks and my energy through the afternoon has definitely evened out. The 60-tablet bottle is a solid size too, so I'm not reordering every couple of weeks.
These tablets are surprisingly easy to swallow and don't leave that weird metallic aftertaste I've gotten from other zinc supplements. My energy feels steadier through the afternoon, and I like that it covers vision and metabolism support in one daily dose.
The 60-tablet bottle is easy to keep by the sink, and the high-absorption claim seems to hold up—my energy levels feel steadier through the afternoon. My nails have also been looking less brittle lately, which is a nice bonus I wasn't expecting.
